Privacy Notice
BREAKOUT acts as the data controller for the personal data collected through the registration form on this site. This notice explains how that data is handled.
What we collect
The name, e-mail address, phone number, city/country, dance role, partner and roommate details, package and room preference and any notes you provide in the registration form. For security purposes we also store the IP address and browser information used for the submission.
Why we process it
Your data is used only to create your registration, plan capacity and accommodation, handle the payment process and contact you about the event. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
The minimum information required to provide services such as accommodation and the boat trip (name, room preference, days attending) is shared with the venue and the relevant service provider. It is not transferred to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Registration data is kept for a maximum of two years after the event and is then deleted. It is deleted earlier at your request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Send your request to info@breakout.com.tr; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies beyond those strictly required for it to function. If web analytics is enabled, it collects anonymised traffic data only.
Photos and video
Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in them, just let the organising team know at the start of the event.
